Hi! My name is Alex Lascu, and i’ve been captivated by learning and development for as long as i can remember.
I often describe myself as an amateur, with the latin root of the word being lover of. You’ll find me rambling about all things sport and science, a bit of poetry and sketching, reading and writing.
My hope is to help people in sport to raise their game, so that everyone on this planet can enjoy moving their bodies wholeheartedly.
You might find that i talk about ‘skill acquisition’ or learning design a lot. Some of my guiding lights in this space are inspired by ecological dynamics:
